Burbage House.
The Project Burbage House involved the manufacture of 1000m of Valcan Anthracite RAL 7016 PVDF finished A1 fire-rated 3mm aluminium wall panels. The project also included Valcan Anthracite RAL 7016 PVDF finished A1 fire-rated 3mm aluminium soffit and fascia panels, and Valcan wood lookalike finished A2 fire-rated 3mm aluminium soffit panels.
Metal Makers collaborated closely with HKL Specialists to ensure that all components were tailored to meet stringent fire safety standards and aesthetic requirements. Regular consultations facilitated precise adjustments and ensured client satisfaction.
Key features of this project included the use of A1 and A2 fire-rated 3mm aluminum panels finished in Anthracite RAL 7016 and wood lookalike designs. These materials were selected for their superior fire resistance and visual appeal, enhancing both safety and aesthetics.
The project utilised Valcan Anthracite RAL 7016 PVDF finished A1 fire-rated aluminium for the wall, soffit, and fascia panels, along with Valcan wood lookalike finished A2 fire-rated aluminium for additional soffit panels. These finishes provided durability and a high-end look.
