The Project Aura Liverpool involved the construction of a new 3000m² build spanning two blocks. For this project, we manufactured 3mm aluminium cassette panels in three different colours alongside 250m of 3mm aluminium roof.
A distinctive feature of this project was the installation of a 3mm gold PPC aluminium perforated logo display wall, with top panels reaching 3.9m high each. We also incorporated over 1000m of 2mm aluminium PPC cills, flashings, and finishing trims to complete the build.
Metal Makers worked in close collaboration with Task UK to ensure that all components met the project’s specifications and aesthetic goals. Through regular communication and adjustments, we delivered customised solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes ensured precision and quality in producing the aluminium panels, copings, and trims. This expertise allowed us to meet the complex demands of the new build, ensuring durability and aesthetic excellence.

Key features included the use of high-quality 3mm aluminum wall cassette panels in RAL 9007, RAL 9006, and RAL 7016, along with 3mm aluminium roof copings and a standout gold PPC aluminium perforated logo display wall. The project also featured extensive use of 2mm aluminium PPC cills, flashings, and finishing trims.
We utilised premium 3mm aluminium for the wall cassette panels and roof copings, finished in specified RAL colors for durability and visual appeal. The gold PPC aluminium perforated logo display wall added a unique, high-end touch to the project.
